Korean Government Undergraduate Scholarship Program

Thanks to Yee Pei, a fellow Jit Sin High School alumni, who shared with me this info.

For those of you who intend to further studies to Korea for undergraduate, do check it out.

You can get the application form at here . Do click at 2009 Korean Government Scholarship Program.

Some notes from Yee Pei:-
"Maybe you would like to spread this:
Korean Government Undergraduate Scholarship Program by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED). Enclosed the link as below. Interested candidate should contact the Korean Embassy in KL for further information including the application dateline for Malaysians.

However, my own frank-but-might-be wrong humble opinion is, a potential candidate should not be fascinated by the so-called Hanllyu and what-so-ever pop culture Korea has to offer when decided to study in Korea (especially for the first degree). Many turn out to be dissappointed or find disadvantaged due to the language when competing with their fellow Koreans coursemate.

The KGSP for graduate studies should be posted soon."

Do check it out!

-----
National Institute for International Education (NIIED) is offering 150 scholarships for international students from 72 countries to study in Korea under the Undergraduate Scholarship Program.

For those interested, do contact Korean Embassy/Consulate nearest to you.

Would encourage any of my blog readers to share with me any event that you come across. As long as the event/activity/initiative is education/charity/youth oriented and is not-for-profit, I would be more than happy to post it to share!
