K. Kumarasivam Young Environmentalist Internship Award

THE Environmental Management and Research Association of Malaysia (Ensearch) is inviting young Malaysians with a passion for environmental management to apply for this year’s K. Kumarasivam Young Environmentalist Internship Award.

The award will place the selected candidate as an intern in a centre for environmental management abroad for at least two weeks. It covers the cost of travel and accommodation, and provides an allowance for living expenses.

In previous years, successful applicants have been placed in countries such as Korea, Germany, Australia and Thailand.

The applicant must must be below the age of 35 at the time of application and should be interested in, or have working experience related to, the environment.

Graduates and young professionals are encouraged to apply.

Interested candidates should submit a CV highlighting interests and accomplishments related to environmental management, together with an essay of not more than 1,000 words, expressing thoughts and ideas on topics related to the environment, for example, climate change and waste or resource management. The essay must be typed (font size 12, font type Times New Roman).

These should be sent, together with a photocopy of MyKad, current photograph and evidence of employment/education to: K. Kumarasivam Endowment Fund Awards Committee, 30-3, Jalan PJU5/16, Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Cornell Business President's Council Mock Interview

Dear Cornell Undergraduates seeking internships,

With interview season fast approaching, many of you are looking for
opportunities to prepare for upcoming interviews. The Business President's
Council is proud to offer mock interviews to any student interested in
finance or consulting. Mock interviews will be conducted from 12 - 3pm this
Saturday, January 26 in Statler Hall. All of our interviewers are seniors
who have successfully navigated both the internship and full-time
