NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Mensa Society will be held as follows :

Date: Saturday, 16 May 2009
Time: 1.30 p.m. - Registration
2.00 p.m. - Commencement of AGM

Venue: Hydro Majestic Hotel Penang
11100 Batu Ferringhi
Penang

Dress Code: Smart Casual


The AGENDA for the meeting shall be as follows :

1. Opening Address by the Chairman
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of the 24th AGM held on 12 April 2008
3. Matters Arising from the 24th AGM
4. The National Committee's Report for year 2008 / 2009
5. Treasurer's Report and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008
6. Motions for Discussion
7. Appointment of Honorary Auditors
8. Announcement of the 2009 / 2010 National Committee.
9. Any Other Business

(b) Other Matters

Mensa Penang Annual General Meeting

Mensa Penang Annual General Meeting (AGM) is happening this Sunday, 15th March 2009, Noon to 4pm at Berjaya Georgetown Hotel Penang.

Noon - Lunch at Hotel Cafe
After Lunch - Short Games, Puzzles - Ice Breaker
3pm - AGM

It would be:-
RM10 for members
RM15 for non-members

This is inclusive of lunch, which is heavily subsidized by Mensa Penang.

Malaysia Sudoku Society AGM
The only officially registered Sudoku society in Malaysia is holding its AGM on 20th December 2008 (Saturday) at 3pm at SRJK(C) Puay Chai 2 in Bandar Utama, followed by a Sudoku competition and a coaching session. Notice Of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the American Universities Alumni Malaysia will be held on Saturday, 17th May 2008 at 4.00 p.m. at Kelab Golf PDRM Titiwangsa, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur.

Members wishing to bring up any other matter for consideration in the agenda must do so in writing giving not less than seven days of notice. All correspondence should be addressed to the Honorary Secretary (Article 14 : b, iv) at the secretariat.
