Public Seminar/Forum on "Three Gorges Dam"

There is this interesting talk on "Three Gorges Dam" next Saturday, and I am quite sure it would be a very fascinating one.

Am very tempted to sign up for it. The only constraint I would say would be the RM250 per attendee registration fee. But if you are interested, no harm checking it out!
