Bursa Malaysia tie-up with NYSE

Recently, Bursa Malaysia has been engaged in a lot of discussions, at least that's how the market perceives. That is good, especially with Bursa has gone past its barrier of 1500 points, and hit the height of 1521 yesterday! That's an achievement!

On a news at Reuters , NYSE Euronext is interested to take up a 10% equity of Bursa Malaysia. They are jointly interested to set up an ASEAN Exchange, which would definitely be a good way ahead for Bursa Malaysia. Would that raise the profile of Bursa?

Bursa was also recently engaging in talks with Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) on a possible collaboration.
