A1 Team Malaysia Links With Jobstreet.Com For Joint Promotion

A1 Team Malaysia has announced today a partnership with JobStreet.com, Malaysia’s most visited job search website. The brand will be featured on the rear wing of the team’s A1GP car at the final two events of this season and the racing team will have a banner advertisement on the recruitment company’s web portal.

The relationship offers both companies substantial benefits. The JobStreet logo on the rear of the Malaysian car will feature prominently on global television coverage of the A1GP World Cup of Motorsport events in Shanghai, China and Brands Hatch, in the UK which attracts around 7 millions viewers each race as well as being seen by thousands trackside. In Malaysia the race is shown live on ESPN and the highlights are shown on RTM. The team gains widespread pictorial media coverage across the country for its participation at each event.

The A1 Team Malaysia banner advertisement at www.jobstreet.com will link through to the team’s own website, a regularly updated ‘virtual home’ for the Malaysian entry in the A1GP Series. Visitors linking to the site from JobStreet who sign up to be a member of the team’s fan club, Fanzone, will receive a specially designed A1 Team Malaysia cap and once a member of the Fanzone will be able to take advantage of the regular offers and competitions featured there.

Jack Cunningham, Chief Executive, A1 Team Malaysia says of the tie-up, "We are delighted to be partnering with JobStreet.com in this initiative. The programme which we have developed offers both companies exclusive benefits and access to relevant target markets. It demonstrates the opportunities that the team presents to Malaysian companies and how their unique properties can be exploited within different market sectors. We look forward to building on the relationship we have established with JobStreet as we plan for the next A1GP season."

Datuk Ali Kadir, Chairman of JobStreet.com says," We are pleased to tie-up with A1 Team Malaysia where we showcase the JobStreet.com brand with this popular motorsport series in the global arena. As the business of JobStreet.com is about speed to recruit and hire we feel that the association with A1 Team Malaysia mirrors well the proposition of the JobStreet.com brand."

The A1GP World Cup of Motorsport races in Shanghai, China this weekend with the Series concluding in Brands Hatch in the UK from 2 - 4 May.

Would encourage any of my blog readers to share with me any event that you come across. As long as the event/activity/initiative is education/charity/youth oriented and is not-for-profit, I would be more than happy to post it to share!
