Vincent juggled a switch in careers, relocation across continents, and a new child to earn his MBA from Edinburgh Business School with a special dean's commendation for being in the top percentile amongst the student body internationally. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore where he was a scholar of the Singapore Government.


His passion for consulting was ignited by his wife who was also a management consultant and demonstrated to him that there exist a career where one could really help a wide range of people become more successful, in running their businesses and succeeding in their careers. Vincent found the perfect fit in The Boston Consulting Group. He joined BCG in 1999 and has since worked in various industries, including financial services, energy and utilities. Prior to joining BCG, Vincent was a key member of the consulting team who developed Andersen Consulting's e-Government and Technology Ventures initiatives in Malaysia. Vincent also worked for Singapore Airlines and managed several of the airlines' global network of stations.


Besides being on the leadership team of BCG Kuala Lumpur, Vincent is also an active member of the business community, contributing his time to educational and religious missions. Outside of work, Vincent is an ardent musician and has composed and staged a full length musical and continues to be a keen music afficionado - a passion he shares with a number of his BCG colleagues and clients.


He is married with two children and devotes his weekends to them.
