Responsibilities
• To develop and implement all marketing, sales and promotional activities, communication plans & strategies to achieve business goals and objectives besides enhancing profitability for the company.
• Ensures that the company's image and branding are in line with the organization's objectives.
• Conceptualize, plan propose, develop, set pricing and evaluate annual sales and marketing plans, advertising and promotional budget and media schedule.
• Independent in developing customer portfolio and new customer accounts.
• Develop new sales leads, products and markets.
• Manage and handle customers relations, feedbacks and complaints

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• A team player, creative thinker with good analytical skills and the ability to respond well to pressure and datelines.
• Good planning and organization skills
• Determined and enthusiastic
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Highly self- motivated & result oriented with good business acumen.
• Strong innovation and creative mindset.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Preferred language(s): Chinese

Company background
The company was incorporated in January 2008; however it will only begin operations in June 2008. It was started from a business plan which I (Teoh Yew Jin) had to change the service industry in Malaysia by using our technology to provide for the “Long Tail” of many industries in Malaysia.

With the business plan at hand, I sold equity to raise funds for the company to technology companies both here in Malaysia and abroad. The companies are

CNX Solutions (www.cnx.com.my) (which has been bought over by RedTone)

With solid financial backing of the business plan, I am currently in the midst of recruiting for current and future requirements. The company currently has 3 employees, me (ex-Accenture Malaysia), a CIO (ex-IBM Malaysia), and a Project Manager (ex-Simulex Inc, U.S.A). We are a close group of friends who went to the same school (Purdue University) and thus currently embarking on this start up together.
We are very selective with recruitment as we only want the best. That being said we understand we have to compensate for the best as well but more importantly we want to ensure that going to work everyday is fun and exciting with the people we have on board.
