Last year, I had the chance to be one of the mentors for Youth Leadership Academy. It was a great experience for me, especially in getting to meet motivated undergraduates, who had the chance of lifetime to participate in YLA. I wish that back when I was a student, I would have had such opportunity to learn and network.
The participants got the chance to learn from the top notch management consultants from McKinsey, network, learn and share with other participants and also mentors. The skill sets that the participants learn will definitely help them in preparing themselves for their career. It is about taking charge of one's professional developments and this would be a good jump start for the young participants in YLA. Am sure it would be one of your best investments of your life.

The Youth Leadership Academy is dedicated to building the capabilities of future young leaders for Malaysia. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to improve your leadership skills through a proprietary curriculum developed by McKinsey & Co. You will also have access to mentors from a select pool of successful corporate leaders and young professionals. We are looking for a diverse group of 20-30 of the most talented and driven Malaysian undergraduate students currently studying at a university in Malaysia. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership potential, personal drive, and a passion and energy for making a difference in our community and country. The deadline for the application is 5 June at midnight.
