Dr Jomo K S is the Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Development in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the United Nations. He is a Member of the United Nations Commission of Experts on Reforms of the International Monetary and Financial System

Professor Cheah Kooi Guan is Dean, Graduate School of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak. Prior to this appointment, he served at Universiti Sains Malaysia as Professor of Economics. With special interest in banking and financial development, Professor Cheah has undertaken consultancy work for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Bank Negara Malaysia.
